Hii everyone ☺️💚 Here’s the nutrient dense meal I’m eating for lunch today! I’m experiencing some painful bloating at the moment (sad 😓), so I threw together some foods that don’t bother my stomach. I massaged a bit of kale in olive oil then added brown rice, sautéed mushrooms, avocado, cucumber, and lemon juice. On the side I drank water with apple cider vinegar and lemon juice 🥬🥒🥑🍋
