Dumbbell Full Body Circuit!! 💪🏼

Repeat 5-6 times w/ minimal rest between sets:
1️⃣ Squat to press x15 reps
2️⃣ RDL to bent over row x10 reps
3️⃣ Snatch x5 reps each side
4️⃣ Pushup to curl x10 reps (don’t judge my pushups… I’m working on them 🥲)
5️⃣ Glute bridge to ab hold x20 reps

Finished with 30 min incline walk 🙂

&&&& this workout reminds me of when saraaahhhmartin and I would do sweaty circuits in her basement in Spring 2020 😛🤍
