• Glute kickbacks 20 reps each leg x3

Superset 1 & 2
1️⃣ Rdl 10-12 reps x4
2️⃣ Wide stance rdl 10 reps x4
Superset 3 & 4
3️⃣Glute bridge 20 reps x4
4️⃣Rdl to squat 10 reps x4

5️⃣Bulgarian split squat 10 reps per leg x4

Finished with:
• 30 min incline walk
• Static stretching
